GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONTRACTING AND USING SEVILLA LOCKERS

OBJECT:

These general terms and conditions govern the hiring of SEVILLA LOCKERS lockers (owned by Asociación Arteaula) through the website www.sevillalockers.com and their use. Additionally, these conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Asociación Arteaula (owner of SEVILLA LOCKERS lockers) and the User who hires the SEVILLA LOCKERS service.

OUR LOCKERS

SEVILLA LOCKERS offers its Users the option to rent any of its lockers for periods of natural days.

SEVILLA LOCKERS provides three types of lockers:

- Medium Lockers (M): Dimensions are 377 mm (height) x 498 mm (width) x 580 mm (depth). These lockers can hold approximately one medium suitcase and a backpack, or two cabin suitcases and two backpacks.

- Large Lockers (L): Dimensions are 472 mm (height) x 498 mm (width) x 580 mm (depth). These lockers can hold approximately one large suitcase and a backpack, or one medium suitcase and a small one, or two small suitcases and two backpacks.

- Extra-Large Lockers (XL): Dimensions are 856 mm (height) x 498 mm (width) x 580 mm (depth). These lockers can hold approximately one extra-large suitcase, or one large and one small suitcase, or two medium suitcases and two backpacks, or three small suitcases and three backpacks.

Users may store their items in these lockers as long as they do not violate the Usage Limits.

Lockers can be rented for a minimum of 1 day (24 hours) and a maximum of 60 natural days.

During this period, the user may access their belongings as many times as needed, every day of the week, 24 hours a day.

PRICE:

The prices applicable to each type of locker are those indicated on the website at the time of the order. All prices on the website include VAT (Value Added Tax) and correspond to the rental of a locker for 1 natural day.

Offers will be clearly marked and identified as such, indicating both the previous price and the offer price.

SEVILLA LOCKERS may make changes as deemed necessary at any time, based on its needs and market conditions.

OPERATION:

To rent SEVILLA LOCKERS, the following requirements must be met:

1. Must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority.

2. Accurately fill in the fields indicated in the reservation form on the RESERVATIONS section of the website (including the following information: name, surname, phone number, email, reservation date, rental days, number of lockers desired (indicating size), and payment details according to the chosen payment method).

3. Accept these general terms and conditions for the service and locker use.

4. Accept the privacy policy of ASOCIACIÓN ARTEAULA, as the entity owning SEVILLA LOCKERS.

At SEVILLA LOCKERS, we have smart lockers where the entire reservation and usage process is handled automatically.

Users can make reservations through our website www.sevillalockers.com, providing their personal details, the number of lockers desired, their size, and the reservation period.

Users make secure payments through PayPal or credit/debit card.

From the site sevillalockers.com, an email is sent to the address provided by the user, confirming the reservation, the number of lockers reserved, and an access code to the facility and locker opening. Users can modify or cancel a reservation provided they do so at least 24 hours before the start date of the service.

INCIDENT MANAGEMENT:

In case of a malfunction, lockout, or any other issue with the use of the locker, the User can access SEVILLA LOCKERS' assistance service by calling 620510964 or writing to arteaula@sevillalockers.com.

RESERVATION FORM:

The reservation form on the website www.sevillalockers.com that the User must complete contains the data required by ASOCIACIÓN ARTEAULA to formalize the rental of SEVILLA LOCKERS lockers and to meet the contractual obligations arising from the locker service the User has contracted.

The User guarantees that all data about their identity and the reservation details are true, accurate, and complete.

Personal data provided will be used to manage the reservation and fulfill the obligations arising from the locker service. ASOCIACIÓN ARTEAULA is authorized to process the personal data provided during the contracting process as necessary for service provision. The User, by contracting, expressly consents to the processing of their personal data as detailed here.

USER’S OBLIGATIONS:

- Use the lockers only for temporary storage of their own goods.

- Use the lockers correctly, avoiding damage, and ensure the locker is closed when leaving the facility.

- Commit to using the lockers for legal and authorized purposes only, and not to store items whose possession or trade is illegal (stolen goods, drugs, etc.).

- Do not place flammable, contaminating, or dangerous materials in the lockers; nor animals or living beings.

- If any materials stored in the lockers require a permit or license, ensure that such a license is obtained.

- Do not store unpackaged food or drink. Do not include money, jewelry, technological items (tablets, computers, TVs, etc.), or items of special value, as the responsibility for these items lies solely with the User.

- Remove items from the rented lockers before the end of the rental period, i.e., before 11:00 PM on the day the locker is rented. Leave the lockers in the same condition as found. Notify SEVILLA LOCKERS of any issues with the lockers or their condition through arteaula@sevillalockers.com.

- Do not exceed the marked line inside the lockers when storing luggage.

- Do not share the access code with third parties; the User is responsible for any breach of these obligations. Do not use the lockers for exchanging goods with third parties.

- Enter the facility only to access the lockers, without staying longer than necessary.

- Do not take photos or record the security mechanisms of the facilities.

Terms and Conditions: Returns and Refunds

Returns and Refunds

At Sevilla Lockers, we are committed to providing quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The following details our return and refund policies:

1. Reservation Cancellation

1.1. Cancellation of Reservation:

- Customers may cancel their reservation at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours before the start date and time of the locker rental.

- To cancel a reservation, customers must contact us via email at arteaula@sevillalockers.com or by phone at 620510964.

1.2. Late Cancellation:

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start date and time will incur a charge of one day's rental fee.

2. Refunds

2.1. Refund Eligibility:

- Refunds are processed for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start date.

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start date.

2.2. Processing Time:

- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

3. Incident Management

3.1. If any issues arise with the locker during use, customers should report the issue to our customer service immediately.

3.2. SEVILLA LOCKERS will resolve the incident as quickly as possible, and if necessary, will offer a compensation or refund based on the severity of the issue.

4. Exclusions

4.1. Refunds and returns are not applicable for:

- Issues arising from user negligence or failure to follow the guidelines.

- Items that are lost, stolen, or damaged due to misuse or non-compliance with the locker rules.

DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION:

For any disputes or claims arising from the use of the lockers or these general terms and conditions, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sevilla, Spain.
