IDENTIFYING DATA: in compliance with the duty of information contained in Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the following data is reflected: The owner company of ARTEAULA is Asociación ARTEAULA, a non-profit associative entity, located at Calle Doña María Coronel, number 10, 41003, Seville. With NIF G-41715772, registered in the Register of Associations of Andalusia with nº 5.222 of section 1, and in the National Register in Group 1, section 1, nº 141736.

  3. USERS: the access and/or use of the ARTEAULA website attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected here. The aforementioned Conditions will be applicable regardless of the General Contracting Conditions that, where appropriate, are mandatory.

USE OF THE PORTAL: the ARTEAULA site provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, "the contents") on the Internet belonging to ARTEAULA or its licensors, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the Site. This responsibility extends to the registration necessary to access certain services or content. In this registration, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which they will be responsible, committing to make diligent and confidential use of it. The USER agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services (such as chat services, discussion forums, or newsgroups) that ARTEAULA offers through its Site and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them to (i) engage in illegal activities, unlawful or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, advocacy of terrorism, or attack on human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of ARTEAULA, its suppliers, or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, if applicable, use other users' email accounts and modify or manipulate their messages. ARTEAULA reserves the right to remove all comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or childhood, public order, or security or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, ARTEAULA will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.

DATA PROTECTION: ARTEAULA complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law and other regulations in force at any given time, and ensures the correct use and treatment of the user's personal data. To this end, along with each form for collecting personal data, in the services that the USER may request from ARTEAULA, the USER will be informed of the existence and acceptance of the specific conditions for the processing of their data in each case, informing them of the responsibility of the created file, the address of the responsible party, the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition, the purpose of the processing, and the communications of data to third parties where applicable. Additionally, ARTEAULA informs that it complies with Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce and will request the USER's consent for the processing of their email for commercial purposes at any time.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY: ARTEAULA by itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its web pages, as well as the elements contained in them (for example, images, sound, audio, video, software, or texts; trademarks or logos, combinations of colors, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.), owned by ARTEAULA or its licensors. All rights reserved. By virtue of the provisions of articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including its modality of making available, of all or part of the contents of this web page, for commercial purposes, in any support and by any technical means, without the authorization of ARTEAULA, are expressly prohibited. The USER undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by ARTEAULA. You may view the elements of the Site and even print, copy, and store them on the hard drive of your computer or any other physical support provided it is, solely and exclusively, for your personal and private use. The USER must refrain from deleting, altering, evading, or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the pages of ARTEAULA.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY: ARTEAULA is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any nature that may be caused, by way of example: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent it.

  13. MODIFICATIONS: ARTEAULA reserves the right to make, without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate on its site, being able to change, delete, or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located on its site.

  15. USE OF COOKIES: ARTEAULA may use cookies to personalize and facilitate the USER's navigation of its site as much as possible. Cookies are only associated with an anonymous USER and their computer and do not provide references that allow the USER's personal data to be deduced. The USER can configure their browser to notify and reject the installation of cookies sent by ARTEAULA, without this affecting the USER's ability to access the contents.

Likewise, the inclusion of these external connections will not imply any type of association, merger, or participation with the connected entities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, some links will be previously negotiated or agreed with the responsible party of the linked content, so that a consideration is generated by the actions freely performed by the USER. This situation will not affect in any case the exclusion of responsibility for the linked content or the independence of this communication medium.
   

General Provisions


ARTEAULA will pursue the breach of these conditions as well as any improper use of its site by exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.

MODIFICATION OF THESE CONDITIONS AND DURATION: ARTEAULA may modify at any time the conditions here determined, being duly published as they appear here. The validity of the aforementioned conditions will depend on their exposure and will remain in force until they are modified by others duly published.
