In the heart of Seville, between the Santa Justa Station and the Seville Shopping Center (Calle Recaredo, 34), our locker facility is strategically located so you can freely immerse yourself in the cultural, gastronomic, and architectural richness that the city offers.

You can easily access the main historical monuments such as the majestic Seville Cathedral, the iconic Plaza Nueva with the Town Hall, and the charming Plaza del Salvador.

Leave your bags and enjoy freely, whether you are passing through, it’s your last day, or you just want to leave your shopping while you snack in our wonderful streets and squares.

HOW DO I RESERVE A LOCATION?

Reservations are made online through our website:

- Select the type of locker you want.

- Pay with your credit card directly through the website.

- Receive a confirmation email with a numerical code and a QR code to access the locker and leave your luggage.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I OPEN THE LOCKERS?

Once the locker has been assigned, you can open it as many times as you want during the time of your reservation.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Yes, you can modify or cancel it as long as it is done 24 hours in advance.

SECURITY

Our locker has a 24-hour video surveillance service to guarantee the security of your belongings.

You can trust your suitcases to be protected while you explore the city.

Our lockers have an alarm system connected in case they try to open them fraudulently.

Your suitcases have insurance worth €500 in case of theft or damage during the time they remain in our facilities, offering you the peace of mind to explore Seville without worries.

It is important that you do not share with anyone the code that will be provided to you to drop off and pick up your luggage.

Please make sure that the locker is closed when you leave the premises.

WHAT OPENING HOURS DOES SEVILLA LOCKERS HAVE?

We have a long schedule to adapt to your needs, open from 8:00 to 20:30

WHAT CAN I NOT PUT IN THE LOCKERS?

What you should not store in our lockers:

- Illegal objects: the storage of any illegal objects is not allowed, including, among other things, firearms, stolen objects, pornographic material, drugs, etc.

- Dangerous objects: Dangerous items such as flammable products, explosives, toxic materials, or anything that represents a safety risk are not allowed.

- Electric scooters and motorized vehicles.

- Animals of any type.

- Unpackaged food that could stain the lockers.

- Jewelry, technological items (tablets, computers, televisions, etc.) or goods of special value.


If any of the prohibited products are introduced into the lockers, a fine of 150 euros will be imposed, which must be paid to us.

In the event that when storing the suitcases, the lockers are forced and locked to open them, the client must contact Sevilla Lockers and we will attend to their incident, with a cost of 40 euros for the management.

HOW LONG CAN I STAY IN THE LOCATION?

Only the time necessary to leave or collect the packages at the ticket office.

You cannot take photos or recordings of the premises' security mechanisms.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE TO PICK UP MY BELONGINGS?

Payment corresponding to the extra hours of the contracted reservation will be requested. Once made, the locker will be opened and you will be able to collect your belongings.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE AFTER THE CLOSING TIME?

If this happens, you will have to wait until the next day when the locker reopens. The box office price per extra day will be applied as a rate.

If 10 days after the reservation the goods are not collected and we cannot contact the client, we understand that they have been abandoned and therefore Sevilla Lockers may dispose of them as it deems appropriate.

If the luggage has to be sent somewhere, there will be a penalty of 150 euros that will have to be paid in advance and also the extra days that have been accrued.

At the moment that Sevilla Lockers delivers the packages to the carrier, the responsibility will be the user, and the company does not assume any risk for the transportation of the packages.
